WEST COAST LIVING

About Port Moody

Port Moody occupies a scenic setting at the eastern end of Burrard Inlet and combines waterfront recreation with direct SkyTrain access. Rocky Point Park, the Shoreline Trail, Brewers Row and the inlet are central to the city’s identity, while Moody Centre and Suter Brook provide walkable residential and commercial hubs.

Housing ranges from established detached neighbourhoods in areas such as Heritage Mountain and Pleasantside to townhomes and condominiums around Newport Village, Suter Brook and Moody Centre. The Evergreen Extension provides rapid-transit connections to Coquitlam, Burnaby and Vancouver.

Port Moody’s relatively small geographic size means neighbourhoods are close to parks, schools and transit, but development intensity varies considerably around SkyTrain stations and older residential areas.
