June showed encouraging signs of recovery in the Greater Vancouver real estate market, with 2,390 residential sales—up 9.6% from June 2025. While overall activity remains below historical averages, stronger sales across all property types suggest buyer confidence is gradually improving.

Inventory remains elevated, giving buyers more choice and helping keep prices stable. The benchmark home price was $1,099,100, about 6% lower than a year ago. In today's balanced market, success depends on thoughtful pricing, strong negotiation, and a clear strategy for both buyers and sellers.
